Interviewing with Us

Our human resources group will conduct initial interviews for applicants. Applicants who do well are invited back to meet and interview with managers, supervisors and peers. We feel it is important for you to meet with the Morrison & Foerster employees with whom you will be working if you join us. We encourage you to take advantage of the interview process in order to learn as much as possible about us.

Application for Employment

All staff, paralegal, legal analyst and agency temporary personnel who apply for a position with us are required to complete our Application for Employment and Disclosure, Authorization and Consent for Obtaining Background Information, Conflicts of Interest Form, and Confidentiality Agreement. All offers of employment are subject to completion of these forms as well as reference checks.

I-9 Requirement for New Employees
