Morrison & Foerster's paralegals are highly-skilled professionals and integral members of the legal services team. We place a high value on hiring top caliber people who can contribute to our professional work environment. Most of our paralegals have received undergraduate degrees from four-year institutions and/or paralegal certificates from an ABA approved program. Some of our paralegals have advanced degrees and other certifications.

We have an education reimbursement and internal paralegal training program to help our paralegals maintain the skills required to perform at the highest level. The attorneys in our practice groups hold regular meetings and training sessions that we encourage our paralegals to attend. The firm's paralegals work with some of the most current technology available in order to handle client matters efficiently and accurately.

We also have established a Senior Paralegal Program designed to recognize one's commitment to the legal profession, including areas of specialized expertise within a particular practice area, and a dedication to client service.
